Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice and orders are invoiced at prices current at the time of despatch.

Delivery
|
Orders up to and including £250 are subject to a postage and packing charge of £5.00.
Orders over £250 will dispatched free of charge.
Non UK orders are subject to delivery/postage charges.
We will make every effort to dispatch orders by the next working day for delivery in the UK. However, this can not be guaranteed:
- For all parts of the Scottish Highlands & Islands
- In the event that the carrier used by Gem Jewellery Limited fails to comply with instructions to deliver next working day.
Gem Jewellery Limited cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non delivery of goods however all efforts will be made to trace all deliveries.

Part Delivery
|
Gem Jewellery Limited carry extensive stocks of all products. If however, certain items are not available on receipt of the order, Gem Jewellery Limited will supply the nearest alternative, unless requested not to do so on the order form.

Specification
|
Any illustration of a product or description of size, dimension, style etc. is given in good faith, however cannot be guaranteed as absolutely correct. Illustrations are not necessarily to scale. Should any product not be available in the size or colour or design ordered, an alternative will be supplied unless the customer specifies on the order form that an alternative must not be supplied.

Damaged Goods and Returns
|
Items delivered broken or faulty, must be returned to us within 7 days accompanied by full details of the order date and invoice number. Each item must be returned in its individual bag with the product code clearly marked.
Claims can only be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items will be replaced or credited provided the damage occurs prior to delivery, or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited. The issuing of replacements and credit notes is at Gem Jewellery's discretion.
Gem Jewellery Limited are unable to offer sale or return arrangements.

Errors
|
In the unlikely event of Gem Jewellery Limited supplying your order incorrectly in any way, clients must contact Gem Jewellery Limited immediately providing full details of the order date and invoice number. Gem Jewellery will endeavour to correct the situation immediately.

Title claim
|
These goods remain the property of Gem Jewellery Limited until such time as they are paid for in full. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Gem Jewellery Limited until full payment has been received from the Buyer (each order being considered as a whole).
In the event of non-payment Gem Jewellery Limited shall be entitled to re-possess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sale, in which case Gem Jewellery Limited shall be entitled to the proceeds of the re-sale in the hands of the buyer or any liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the Buyer.
